I will ask you to sign an Agreement of Understanding that specifies the following:
I understand and agree that coaching is not therapy, even though we may address personal issues or life conditions. I also understand and agree that coaching conversations do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.
If I or my coach assess(es) that I would benefit from another type of service instead of, or in addition to, coaching, I will do so of my own accord.
Upon completion of the initial term, we will evaluate the progress of the coaching in relation with the established goals and determine the appropriateness of continuing or concluding the process.
I agree not disclose information, materials, intellectual property, or fees related to any services provided by Dr. Pearl Zurich & Associates to any third parties.
My signatures below indicate full understanding and agreement with the terms and conditions of this contract.
