As an executive coach, I facilitate clients’ journeys in seeking clarity and confidence in specific areas of life and leadership. Incorporating psychological skills and knowledge that intersect with coaching, my clients benefit from mind and body exploration within the coaching framework. To catalyze clients’ success, I also infuse personal experience and professional training. I graduated from the Georgetown Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching Program and am ACC-accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Coaching services may address specific personal or professional projects, career change, life balance, leadership, job performance and satisfaction, or general challenges and goals in your personal and professional lives. Using a client-centered approach, we tailor the engagement to address your individual leadership, career, and life goals.
We will use experiential methods to identify your goals, desires, and dreams, and a path to help you work toward reaching them. Through reflection, mindfulness, visualization, role-play, and other approaches, we will develop strategies to help you reach those goals. I will provide psychoeducation to help you understand what drives your thoughts and actions so you can truly be the author of your journey.
We will also use agreed upon tangible methods of accountability such as implementing identified new approaches, homework, debriefs, strategy sessions, and action plans to help you continue moving forward
During my tenure on the Executive Leadership Development Faculty at one of the “Big Three” Fortune 500 global management consulting firms, I provided hundreds of coaching sessions to clients. Topics varied from work life balance, job transition, setting boundaries, effective communication with leadership, and many others. I look forward to assisting you with achieving change that creates lasting fulfillment, resilience, and joy.
